He is a motivated self-starter with experience in mediation, negotiation, client counseling, analysis, portfolio management, and team leadership. A voracious reader of literary fiction, he is also highly skilled at interpreting and clarifying minutiae without losing sight of the big picture.

Before launching Holinka Law Office, Justin worked at a small firm in St. Paul, gaining experience in a breadth of estate and probate matters, as well as the retail trade sector and the developing Minnesota cannabis industry. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he also earned a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
